Payments can be made by cash or credit card. If Dr. Jayaram cannot make the appointment, then a full refund will be credited. If the appointment is canceled prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, then a full refund will be credited. If the appointment is canceled prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, then a 50% refund will be credited. However, $10 will be subtracted from the refunds for online payments due to processing fees. After an appointment is confirmed by Dr. Jayaram, credit card payments can be processed securely by Google Checkout.
